You may (or may not) have noticed that Vogue Arabia has been absent from your local newsstand over recent months. The magazine (which came to fruition in 2017) did somewhat of a disappearing act, and is now under the umbrella of Condé Nast’s newly established Middle East portfolio after a brief hiatus. The title is back (still under the tutelage of Manuel Arnaut), and with the new look of Vogue Arabia is Imaan Hammam and Achraf Hakimi as cover stars. For March 2025, Arnaut insisted upon the Moroccan-born model and the Paris Saint-Germain footballer star posing for photographer Txema Yeste. Hammam and Viera team up in the first cover offering, while the fashion industry favorite goes solo on cover two – dressed by stylist Poppy Kain in a look from Gucci.
Imaan Hammam & Achraf Hakimi for Vogue Arabia March 2025

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“She might play second fiddle on this cover, but Imaan Hammam will always be first in my heart,” voiced tigerrouge the moment the covers struck.
“Bit generic, but OK, considering other Vogue offerings!” shared BalkaniStaCouture.
“What a pair of uneventful and generic relaunch covers, and a total waste of Imaan Hammam. This feels like a step backward for Vogue Arabia,” noted vogue28.
Marsnoop2 was in complete agreement. “Imaan is a star as always, but it all feels very bland – especially for a relaunch!” they added.
“I’m not sure about this revamp. So far, it looks like Vogue Mexico,” crmsn pointed out.
“It does look old Vogue Mexico because the photographer used to work a lot for that edition ten years ago. Quite like it because of that,” reasoned forum member ivano.
