Rocco Liu continues to find his footing at Vogue China. Liu replaced Margaret Zhang at the top job, who exited the role in 2024 (following a short four-year tenure). Since joining the Chinese fashion bible, Liu has welcomed Liu Yifei, an ensemble cast of Chinese talent, Zheng QinWen, Lina Zhang, Jia Ling, and He Cong as cover stars. The latest model to take to the cover of Vogue China is Jiahui Zhang. The Chinese beauty (who rocked up at the recent Fall 2025 Max Mara, Givenchy, and Chanel shows) poses for photographer Liu Song. In the minimalist cover shot, Zhang is dressed by stylist Liu Xiao in a look from Gucci Spring 2025 collection (the last of Sabato De Sarno).

Also a fan was vogue28. “Simplicity done right. Perhaps the hair could’ve been captured better but I’m kinda into this. The minimal art direction was the right choice, and it’s all just working perfectly,” he voiced.
